After serving with the Canadian Field Artillery, Waddington transferred to the Royal Flying Corps on 16 April 1917. He was posted to 20 Squadron on 18 June 1917 and scored 12 victories that year as an observer. When the war ended, he returned to Canada where he sold insurance and real estate until his death in 1945. |
