I have a nice book called "British Military Aircraft of World War One" Subtitled "The Official Technical and Rigging Notes for RFC and RNAS Fighting and Training Aeroplanes, 1914-18"
It was published by Arms & Armour Press in 1976 in conjunction with the RAF Museum.
You could try and get it from a library or, because I don't have a scanner at home but have one at work, I could get you the 5 or 6 pages which you want but I wouldn't be able to get them to you until next week.
