Remember these are the same folks who don't allow sentrys to have a round chambered in their weapon in Beruit while "protecting" our barricks, National Guardsmen to have loaded weapons when deployed during an on going riot in L.A., National Guardsmen to have mags in their weapons at the airport they are supposed to be guarding from terrorists since 9-11, or guards on Navy vessels to have a round chambered when protecting the ship.
