Horiuchi's story changed more times than the magazine on his sniper rifle.

Federal Marshals first murdered 14 year old Sammy Weaver as he ran for his life back to the Weaver family home.

FBI killer Lon Horiuchi then attempted to murder the father, Randy Weaver, by shooting him in the back as he went to see the body of his dead son. Under fire from Horiuchi's position, Randy ran back to the house where his wife, Vicky, held the door open for him. As she opened the door, Horiuchi fired again... this time murdering Vicky with a shot in the face as she held her 10 month old baby in her arms.

Kevin Harris was also shot by federal agents and would have been allowed to die had the family not surrendered to the 400 man federal force days later.

Harris and Randy Weaver were acquitted of all charges, and paid a total of 3.5 million of your tax dollars to compensate for the things the government says it didn't do.

And in case anyone missed it, PATRICIA MAHER and EDWARD LODGE set the murderer free.
