I can only give you second hand info... BUT... per Robert Baslee, it's a nice flying aircraft. Per Dick Starks, it's Baslee's BEST flying aircraft. (and his E-III will turn circles around the Nieports) The cockpit is too small for me- I didn't see the aircraft, but I DID talk to Baslee in person, and looked at his OTHER designs in person. But, I'm about 5'9" and 245 or so. (It isn't made for lard-butts like me.) For regular-sized folks, it should be fine. I looked his other stuff over closely- he does good work. His designs are well thought out. BUILD IT LIKE HE DESIGNED IT, and you should have a very nice aircraft. And ask him about engine choices- he's a heck of a nice guy, easy to talk to, and very helpful.
