Latest news is that the arsonists were a bunch of bored kids.
My solution....if they're over 18, let them work to pay off the damage. If it means 20 years crushing rock, so be it.
As for the minors, have Mum and Dad pay the damage. Then, let Mum and Dad deal with Junior in any way they want.
All I can say is that if I had done something like this when I was a kid, my father would have guaranteed that my head would experience six degrees of separation from the rest of me.
