Hi! Guynemer has an monument in Poelcapelle near Ieper (Ypres) where he was shot down.It has a flying stork on top pointing in the direction Guynemer was flying before he was taken down.
I was in Ieper (Ypres) lately but I didn't know it was there until I saw it on an internet site
Too bad I missed it.
