The letter campaign is starting to have some effect. I have heard from several forumites whose letters have been answered so they are at least being read. Palmquists Office reports "quite a pile" of inquiries about ORA and they are anwering them one at a time.
Next week the authorities will discuss what can be done to intervene and with any luck we will see something concrete come of it.
