Yes, to a point. Not so much mass production bikes, the more there are the less they appeal to me as art. But in terms of custom choppers and even cars for that matter, I would give the them a stamp as "Art".
They are even a unique form of art in that it takes the art of many people to create one finished piece. Heh, kind of a type of Team Art
