Hello,

I know that the first air-to-air kill was on October 5, 1914 when Joseph Frantz and his observer gunner Corporal Louis Quenault shot down an Aviatik in their Voisin.

But does anyone know when and to who was the first kill accredited in a "single-seater vs single-seater" fight? e.g. morane vs eindecker
