I'm not entirely sure, but in this case, I don't think Robert has any plans for this aircraft.
I believe he is basing everything on those two photos in the thread.
Photo interpretation like this can be difficult.

I was sent a software program called PV3 which is designed to extract plan views from photographs. It has been available for quite some time, but it was recently upgraded to windows.
I'm kind of beta testing it.
If I can ever figure how to get it off this DVD
