Instead of attacking my German sources, which are very accurate, why doesn't someone identify some of the German pilots that Bishop shot down? If Bishop had 72 victories, someone should be able to identify at least 25% of them. It is easy to do this with McCudden, whose claims are very accurate. Let's see you do it with Bishop.

I'm afraid that the only source I have immediate access to is suspect, however I believe that Stewart K. Taylor, Official Historian for WWI flyers in Canada has a list.
According to testimony given in Senate hearings he can identify most of them. Though the senate transcripts give no specific number.

Bravo Steven! HHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMm
Under the Guns of Billy Bishop, interesting premise for a book. It would undoubtedly be a quick read! (if you catch my drift LOL)

No, only a tad shorter than "The Complete Encyclopedia of Jamaican Bobsled Olympic Medalists". Read it twice slowly Al and if you still don't get it ask Leon Hale or another LOL founding father to explain it to you!

Christian: That is the theory put forth by Paul Cowan in his Made for TV comedy, "The Kid Who Couldn't Miss". Unfortunately for Cowan, it's virtually impossible for Bishop to have done that as Cowan suggests without help.
