A few years ago, I tried to obtain a copy of a TV version of the musical " Billy Bishop Goes to War" that has been shown on CBC. Repeated attempts to get it from the CBC and the Canadian National Film Board were unsuccessful, but there was the suggestion that it was the BBC that produced it. Does anyone know where copies of this might be had? More importantly, can anyone complete the lyrics to the song that starts out:

I'm gonna fly,
Gonna fly so high
like a bird in the sky,
with the wind in my hair and a sunburn in my eye.
Flyin' Canadian.
Machine gun in my hand.
First Hun I see 's the first one to die.

Happy New Year!

From the darkened field of Filescamp
to the drome at Estourmel
I have flown my faithful Nieuport
to where some mythic Jastas dwell!

First to strafe the field at Boistrancourt
or somewhere in all that mess
I still don't know just where I was
so it must have been Es-nes!
