Kojak: If you like Laffin's "Companion" book, get another one from him which has pencil drawings of every segment of the entire western front. Don't remember the name, but the contents make it unmistakable. Just bought it a few months ago before my trip to France. Good stuff.
Maxwell: A bit pricey, but Botterell's Camel is featured in a print which shows him scoring what I believe was his only victory, flaming a balloon. The print is really beautiful, and for $295 it should be. Botterell signed it, and it's a limited edition. Can give you more info if you like.
