Has anyone else seen "The Beast of War"? It was screened on Channel 5 here in the UK earlier this week. And for a Ch.5 film it was actually pretty good! Set in Afghanistan, with the 'heroes' being a Soviet tank crew. At least they spoke English, the Muja-hadein (I have no idea how you spell that!) were in sub-titles. I liked its message, that both sides were equally psychopathic nutters, self-interested cowards, and decent human beings all at once. Interesting.

Maybe I'll look for you next time. I was just in the Nugget by accident. Tell me next time and maybe we can bumbed into each other. I'll add to the WWI flying fans.
