"You can ask any historian (a true one, who has had all the training in the scientific approach of history)"

You seriously study history... therefore you are a historian. All that "training" (better termed "indoctrination") is what screws people up. Don't shortchange yourself. I can name half a dozen authors who apparently didn't know as much as you. And most of them were "trained."

Well,

After having roamed the Forum for about five months now I can safely say that I hold many people here in higher respect than certain trained historians. I guess we're all members of an elite, yet enlightened fraternity, much like being a member of a Squadron or a Jasta.

Stephen, check your incoming mail.

Kind regards,

Reinout

I prefer to think of myself as an average, common sense person, with the likelihood that there are millions more out there just like me. (Lord help us).
