This is my first visit to your site.
I was looking for Norman Henry Parfitt of the South Wales Borderers in World War 1. He was awarded the Military Cross and two bars.
I could not find him here. Can you help?

He doesn't appear to have been an aviator. You should be able to get his service record and London Gazette entries at the PRO.
