OK, ya got me. However, I wager that most Women Air Service Pilots were in fact White Anglo Saxon Protestants.
BTW, a couple I used to know met while he was an AAF instructor and she was a WASP. They courted by B-26 (Marauder, not Invader, for the cognesetti) and were still happily flying together 50 years later.
