As far as I know, there was only one Marine Jagdgeschwader, Nr. I led by Ltn zur See Saschenberg with MFJs I through V. See The Jasta Pilots from Grub Street, pages 84-87.

Breidi:

Sometimes it helps to read the request a second time! I note that you are looking for info on 2 MarineFLIEGERgeschwader, versus jagdgeschwader. Though 2MFG is not mentioned specifically, the old Harleyford volume on "Air Aces of the 1914-18 War" states that MFJ.I (Saschenberg) supported naval two-seater units on the Flanders Front. There's room for confusion in the two units' designations, with F representing Flieger as well as Flanders.
Previous entries on this forum have referred to (I believe) a Peter Kilduff photo monograph on WW I German naval aviation that probably is out of print. Other Forumites undoubtedly know the title and publisher.
