Thank you Robt. Gentili and others who were going to help get manuals/info on the "220" Hisso. I've located what I need and am all set now I believe to fully satisy my curiostity regarding the nature of problem itself. When I found the English stripped the gear housing off and ran them as " direct drives" my curiosity got the best of me and I had to know more! Personal to Hannes: Re. what is, assertedly, "The first known Air Combat". As per your request I'll have some information soon to you on the nature of the "Christophersen" a/c as was involved in the incident in Mexico. VBR, Lee
