I need help.
I looked at the microsoft page for more than 20 minutes looking for a email address! I need the email address of any person(s) who are apart of some sort of customer service,tech support or somethink along that line.
Please help!
Many thanks,

Keith,
I admire your persistance....20 minutes, by Jove!
Nope, MS doesn't have e-mail tech support. You can access an online database via their page, with all kinds of information, classifications, yadayada, or you can call them on the phone and hope that someone will answer you within 8 hours. Does the phrase "blood from a stone" ring a bell?
Mike

Keith;

Try Bill.Gates@mictrosoft.com or something... Who knows where you'll end up?

Waiting on hold, while listening to lousy Percy Faith music and collecting social security checks.
