I am interested in finding any information that would support the design and building of a full and/or scaled flying replica of the Fokker D.VIII aircraft. Specs, plans, and or kit information are welcome. Any information would be great!
Airdrome aeroplanes makes a 80% Fokker EV / DVIII kit and done properly they look and preform well. It would look great with the HCI radial on it. http://www.airdromeaeroplanes.com/ http://www.usmo.com/~hci/
You can also ask this question on the WW1 Aero Repo list. It is listed under Forum Links and Aeroplanes on this site.

You might want to get in touch with Brian Coughlin who flys at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome. He has built two DVIIIs. He sold one and currently flys the other in Old Rhinebeck's airshows. You can get more info at www.oldrhinebeck.org. I think Cam may have some on-line photos of that DVIII. Check back in the previous 25 postings.
