Fixated am I? Boxing movies, ey? WELL!!! I can certainly refute THAT scurrilous accusation. I ask you: which movie character would you rather see throw in the towel--Rocky Balboa or Katie von Klugermann???
The question answers itself!!!
Break-break. Kory's computer game sounds a lot like the 1980s Tom Selleck movie "High Road to China" costarring the lovely Bess Armstrong and a couple of Stampes with Lewises. The original plan was for replica BrisFits but they were costly and apparently the one they built was too heavy. Boom, who occasionally visits this forum, was involved.

Hans: Forget about the trench raids Rommel describes in: Infanterie Greift An, and concentrate on what Rommel did when he was in Italy, in the Alps, when he single handedly captured a whole batallion of Italian troops. You could make a terrific movie out of that one action.
But...I thought we were talking about a Frank Luke movie.

Boys: After All Quiet on the Western Front there really hasn't been a war movie that went beyond it, because it shows the horror decent men are forced to impose on each other. Men like Rommel and Patton were professionals who thought: "War is Heaven." men who rejected Sherman's, "War is Hell."

Hello all,

There is an excellent WW1 french movie called "Capitaine Conan", from Bertrand Tavernier (1996). The story happens on the Salonika front in 1918 during the final assault against the bulgarians and Germans. No planes, but a great WW1 reconstitution.
