How did the scoring systems work of the air forces in WW1 other than the already overly discussed German, British and French ones?

Bishop was carefully packaged into a crate and shipped to any area where a disputed claim existed. Alternately, the German records could be scrutinized to determine whether or not it was possible to match a claim to a casualty, even for cases where such records did not exist.

Bishop was credited with his victories according to the system in effect 1914-18. The jackals are not going to pull down this Lion no matter how much they bark.

A-H had a shared system with as many getting a victory as were present at the kill.

The Belgians used a system like the French (ie they maintained lists of confirmed and probable victories - see Above Flanders' Fields by Walter M Pieters); the two USAS squadrons under British control used the British scoring systems, the other USAS units used an approximation of the French system. None of the systems was foolproof.

Accusations come easily. How about some proof of those accusations?

I wonder if the russians had specified the "Type" of kill.

Like

"Shot down"
"RAM" hehe
"Grappleing hook" HAHAHA
"Female victory"

Or the Turks...probably claimed a plane if they saw one, same for RFC in turkey.

All of this is pure speculation and has added no more than most of the above replies

There was nothing better than the US claiming system in WW II : 8 B-17 gunners fired the same German fighter watching it being OOC and claimed it as a/v numbers 1 - 8. Great !
