Try Victoria Cross by Alex Revell. It has the story of each VC and a coloured illustration of their aircraft.

Flying Machines Press has volumes devoted to each topic.

Thanks for ytour prompt reply. I have just received the book and will definitely use it; now it is the MOH details that are required. I know that the AAHS Journal had a series but I require the issue numbers or copies of the articles by Mr. Bennett.

Yes, The Alex Revell book is the one that I just received and it will clear up my WWI airmen. The VC books by Bowyer are helpful but few usable photos of the aircraft used.
