Training new pilots is one thing, but the question asked seems to involve two veteran pilots. While the ego of the pilots involved might demand such a fight, would their superiors allow it to occur, given the possibility of accident or death? Seems doubtful. Being from different units (and countries), it's not like the two could sneak off when they got the chance to do their thing.
