So the world's most advanced country puts up a boring, spoilt little rich kid against a thick, spoilt little rich kid to decide who should be the most powerful man on earth.
And after spending billions explaining their policies the Yanks cannot seperate them.Meanwhile a cuckolded, humiliated Hillary Clinton romps to victory on the back of the man who shamed her within an inch of her life.
No wonder the Presidential election ended up being decided in Florida.
A state know everywhere outside the USA as the home of Mickey Mouse.

Like the political thread recently posted by me, this one will disappear into cyberspace shortly.

But, while it's here, it sort of sums up things nicely for those of us who still don't know whose going to be our next Pres.

In the 1800 it took weeks to find out who won the election. I guess the old saying "The more things change, the more they stay the same." really is true.
As for myself, I find this whole mess rather amusing.

Heres an idea. Lets either ignore the constitution, or change it to state that the winner of the popular vote wins the election. The biggest laugh here is that when ALL the votes are counted, Bush will have won both vote counts. When this occurs sometime next Friday, the Democrats will suggest that we let the courts decide.

Lost: one aviation web site. If found please return to Webmaster@theaerodrome.com!
Failing that, let's try Plan C--don't inaugurate ANYBODY in January...

Any system of elections will have the odd bizarre result, no matter how well or badly the system apepars to work. In the light of the election of the senator for New York, will the sequence of Presidents be

Bush
Clinton
Bush
Clinton

?
