To Dan-San-Abbott or anyone who might know:

A friend of mine painted a plane of a Dr1 from Jasta Boelcke. it has dark(red?) and white colored diamonds aft of the cockpit and can be seen sitting next to Bäumer(?) and Kempf.

pic is from page 24 of Squadron Signals pub on Dr1 in action.

He would like to know who, what, where, etc about the pilot, color scheme, victories, etc.

Good reliable info needed.

Ron

My Gallery
Ron F:
The Fok. DR.I with the diamond band arounthe fuselage is Ltn. Hermann Frommherz's machine.
I have the diamond band and struts in black and white personal markings. It could be possible that they were red and white? The photograph was taken in April 1918 at Erchin Airfield.
blue skies,
Dan-San Abbott
