I was wondering what happend to MvR's pour le Merite. Did he take it to the grave or did it dissapear.

Perhaps, if it is lost, it would be a great relic to find. I hope that anyone can help me on this

See your previous post.... the entire contents of the Richthofen mansion are in some warehouse in Russia, and despite the immense value of these items, and the desperate poverty of Russia, it will probably remain there forever.
