Gentlemen, a really stupid question:
Had F1 103/17 the curved horizontal tail like
102/17? I want to build a 1/72 machine of the Voss
Fokker and always thought its tail was curved.
But the most recent kits have the straight tailplane and on none
of the photos I have looked at it can be ascertained.

Regards
Manfred

Manfred:
The four Fok.F.I machines, 100-103/17 had a curved leading edge to the tailplane. The straight leading edge started with Fok. DR.I 104/17 and subsequent.

Rosemont Hobbies has an FI conversion kit for 1/72 models. I haven't recieved mine yet but if the D VII replacement noses are any indication then one can expect excellence. I don't know if they have a similar offering in 1/48 but if you give them a call you will find Barry to be an execptionally Knowledgeable and nice fellow.

Thanks to all who responded. I will incorporate
this feature in my rendition of the Voss aircraft.

Oh well, back to the drawing board, why do you lot know everything? My little fleet of Voss tripes are grounded for conversion, maybe it would help if I built kits with my eyes open.I've only been at it 30 years-one day I'll get the hang of it,one day.
