Allied Units Mid-East

Hi all,
Can anyone provide details on units of the RFC and other allies that served in the Mid-East 1916-1918 (Mesopotamia and Palestine)? Units names and aircraft? Where served?
Oh, and RAF unit names if changed from RFC 4/18?

Try The Sky Their Battlefield, Parts VI -VIII

The Australian 1st Half Flight was, I believe, the first in Mesopotamia, but was absorbed by 30 Squadron. 30 was joined by 63 and 72 Squadron.
Planes were Shothorn, Longhorn, Martinsyde Elephant, RE8, BE2c,Caudron G.111, Bristol M1C. Late war entries included some SE5a, Camel and even DH4.
Cross and Cockade GB, Vol.2 No.3 1971 is dedicate almost wholey to the Meso Campaign.
