Ethan Charles Skinner, 8 lbs 14 oz., was delivered by the Storks squadron at 1:30pm Tuesday afternoon. Cleared by hospital authorities for active duty, his SPAD is being outfitted with fresh Pampers for those occasions when his patrols become truly offensive, or the ol' Hispano-Suiza's exhaust is a bit too much. At the moment he can wear his goggles for a belt and his mother will have to type out his combat reports, but we have high hopes.
This is our 4th and final effort at re-populating the world with Forumites (hey, we don't have cable).
As you were.

...And a hearty "well done" to ye, Stephen.
My father once told me (he was a US Army combat engineer during the Second Big Show....yeah, I know...Army...well, nobody is perfect!) that any jerk can make a girl with the plans laid right out in front of him, but it takes a qualified engineer to put a boy together!
In any case, Semper Fi, bro.

You're right, Mark. We actually liked the name "Luke" quite a bit (plus the obvious way cool tie-in) and very nearly named him that instead. But Ethan Charles won out. Instead he will take his name from the American patriot Ethan Allen, and his now-deceased grandfather, Charles, who was a Bible scholar and a man of impeccable integrity.
Thanks, one and all.
