Terry,
have the Methuen Handbook of Colour listed as OOP but they will try. However, I have compared my copy with at least two others and found differences in all of them. It's a great book to have if you are going out to find colours for yourself, and the accompanying text is very informative, but if the references being quoted at you don't com from a copy in the same print run as your own there are liable to be differences. From a modellers perspective you are far better off with a set of US Federal Standard cards. They are less expensive and becoming the almost universal reference. Your favourite Web Store should be able to supply
cheers
