In the History Channel's documentary on Udet, they mentioned several of Udet's films, some of which he had dialogue in. One of these films was Strange Birds of Africa w. Leni Refinstahl where he was a wildlife camera man in Africa. Does anyone know more about this film? i.e. availability on video, was it strictly a documentary, cast, etc... Thanks.

Hi Chris,
I read about this film in Udet's book 'Mein Fliegerleben', which also provides some pictures of their work for the film. One picture for example shows the damaged wing of their plane after the (flying)plane, that was flying too low, was attacked by a lion. I don't remember details, but if you would like to get more info contact me in about one month (it's the time for exams at university now) and I can send you some scans and info.
