I hope this is not repetitious, but I came across a great article about Home defense in a web site called "Chandelle Magazine"** This article covers planes, tactics, wapons, ammo, rtc.** There was also an article on the Albatros G series as well some obscure Soviet WWII designs. It can be reached at http://www.concentric.net/~Rojo1

Do you know R.H. Fredette's "The Sky on Fire". Just a remarkable book re "The First Battle of Britain." Very comprehensive re the varied responses to the threats posed by Zepps and the German "giants" aircraft. Just reading it as I noted you posting. Regards. LEB
