Army Military Medal

Can anyone assist as to whether there were any Military Medals awarded to Army personel as opposed too the air force?

As far as I know, the DFM is the equivalent of the MM in the RAF and the DSM in the RN. Before April 1st 1918, RFC personnel were given Army awards, Military Cross for the officers, Military Medal for NCOs and privates.
