Mosen,

Ricks post shows there were some more deliveries occuring than you mentioning. It shows the traditionally good relations between Saxony and France were underlined with the supply of new machines.

Or is the Champagne so well-known for stormy and misty weather? There is also the suspicion that at least one pilot was volunteering to land on the other side after the failed French offensive.

The source are the Kofl 3 reports or better: my handwritten and therefore hard to read notes about victories and losses.

VBR

Rick,
this seems to be a good way to publish Bills book in the forum step by step, doesn't it?

Rammjäger,
you obiously forgot that the most french a/c suppliers landed their machines at the places of Prussian flying units because of the very good treatment they were sure to receive there.

Mosen,

I have to admit that Prussians fighting under Saxon command are the most attractive breed for French pilots. Or did von Hesler not command in April 1917 too?
