All this fortune teller talk reminds me of... oh... who was that guy a while back who thought he was the reincarnation of MvR?

I hope you have many more very happy birthdays. From all your posts I've had the pleasure of reading, you've had a terrific life. Have you ever considered writing your autobiography? I'd sure like to read it.
Again, my very best wishes.
Kirby
P.S. An old Cherokee conjure woman in North Carolina told me, back when I was nineteen years old, that I'd never grow old. I thought she meant I'd die young. Now that I'm sixty three, I'm not at all sure what she meant.

Kirby:
Thank you for the best wishes. I have seen people old at thirty, and I have also seen some who were young at seventy! If you sit down and give up you can grow old very fast. If you get out there and kick ass and live you can be young as long as you live. Those who are active physically and mentally can stay young. It is really a state of mind.
I have had a very interesting life and a very lucky life. Two years ago I made a list of all the things I want to do. The drawings, paintings, research, a book, actually 2,Camouflage and Markings of German Aircraft, 1914-1918, and the Schusta and Schlasta book with Rick Duiven, a model of the U.S.S. Constitution" and a whole bunch of other things that perk my interest. After I completed the list I applied time elements to each of these projects, and added my age to the list and it added up to 188 years. So, my father told me "Danny, never start something you can't finish!" remembering his admonition, I said, "H--l, I ain't going until I have everything finished!" You might say, I have a positive additude.
Blue skies,
Dan-San

Hey Dan! Just found this item so I'm a little late. Congratulations and very best wishes. I am always whining about how I am 68 and am fighting Father Time to get all those backed up kits built. Well shut my mouth! You just bought yourself a couple of Gothas!!
Keep those comments coming. It's easy for new comers to get lost over the front. We depend on "The Old Man" to watch over us.

Just an observation... she was right... you lived to be 77... she didn't say how much longer though... could be another 77.

I've been away for the last two weeks and have only just picked up on this thread. Belated birthday greetings; here's a glass to many more to come!
