Albatroid,

No "show stoppers or blue ribbon winners"? Now that´s a laugh my friend . I think they are excellent to say the least. They really look good, I hope that I´m half as good as you are when I begin to build again. Is there anyone else who´d like to show some photos of their models?? I bet that lots of us has something to show, so come on guys

Don't under sell yourself Jan, you've got some nice stuff there. I especially like the Pfalz. Last I heared the rudder of Hecht's machine was in the RAF museum store at Cardington.

O.K. Albatroid is an alias for which pro modeler? You know you only posted that so you could rake in the applause. Some of the best stuff I have seen ANYWHERE on the Web and the photography is absolutely outstanding. I refuse to believe you are a beginner because if I accept the fact, after modeling for over forty years, I will have to go out and shoot myself! Of course I do 1/72nd so maybe I can rationalize a bit.

Seriously, I applaud you for the fantastic close-ups. Not many models can stand up to that kind of scrutiny and yours certainly do. You have got to post your stuff over on the WWI Modelers Page so we can find out who you REALLY are.

... my head when I registered here, and I'm NO pro-modeler. I do appreciate and find encouragement in the kind words about the Plastic Falcons site though... All I can say is that most of what I've learned the past couple of years has come from the Hyperscale & Aerodrome forum communities, and alot of my inspiration comes from the truly outstanding examples found at ww1-models.org. Hopefully, my skills will continue to improve and if I ever get my Mavica back from the SONY repair guys I will be adding more models soon.
