I just picked up Osprey's "German Storm Troopers" by Drury--a fine treatment of the subject in a small volume. Doctrine, organization, equipment, etc., from 1915 onward. There are many WW I topics in the various Osprey series, including the Russian civil war, Ottoman forces, etc, etc.

Hmm, same last name as mine. Its an uncommon name too. I may have to pick that up just because of the author's name!

John,
It can't be that uncommon of a last name, if there are two American aces from WW2 named Drury. Frank Carl Drury of the Marine Corps, 6 victories (still alive as far as I know), and Paul Eugene Drury of the USN, 6.5 victories (died in 2000).

Frank.
