If I may add to James Shanahan's gracious posting of 12/19/00 regarding the status of Flying Machines Press. Paladin Press has purchased the company, and we intend to continue publishing select titles on World War I aviation, classic aircraft, and related subjects under the FMP imprint. As Mr. Shanahan noted, in March we will be releasing "Salmson Aircraft of World War I" by Colin Owers, Jon Guttman, and Dr. James Davilla, and "Pfalz Aircraft of World War I" by Jack Herris. Plans for the near future include a rerelease of Dr. Davilla's "French Aircraft of World War I" and two volumes on DeHavilland aircraft by Colin Owers. Feel free to e-mail me at any time with specific questions. Thank you for your continued interest in Flying Machines Press.
