Can anyone confirm whether Kagohl 3 landed on flügplatz Neumünster during their bombing raid on London on the 13th june 1917 ?

His grandfather flew with kagohl 3. His email adress can be found at the bottom of the page. (and the site has great kagohl 3 pictures!)

The pictures on this site can be dated on 25th may of 1917. The attack on London failed due to bad weather. The site doesn't speak about the first executed bombing raid on London on 13th june 1917... So my question remains...

I think so.
The tagesmitteilungen mention the safe arrivel of the Kaghol 3 and the subsequent (aufnahme) by the Kest 8 and the SEE II.
As Kest 8 was stationed at Neumunster how could they know that everyone was safe.
they use the words "Sind die Flugzeuge sämtlich zurückgekehrt". Not flew further on.

Hi

Aschoff in his book states that "his" aircraft landed at home aerodrome not Neumuenster....probably they were split up on home run and some Gothas landed at Neumuenster
