I just go on the connect.

Im joining a squadron (Prussian Jasta 666)
I met a guy named PJ666_Ajax, while flying, and we're pretty cool together. Taught me some stuff and helped me out.

Anyway, Up and Huntning Now =)

I just load RB MultiPlayer and push connect.

Actually....before you choose MMP and fly away you might want to install the 1.0.7.8 patch. It will allow you to see pretty much all of the public MMP servers. It is available to download from http://www.wingsofhonor.com/redbaron/resou...urces/index.htm

I have Red Baron II and would really like to become involved in RB 3D. Do you purchase a CD Rom to get the process started, or can I upgrade via patches to RB 3D from RB II? Thanks.

Dear Tim,
You can upgrade to RB3D via patches, available for free, at Sierra.com... best of luck!

Actually go to the link that Fruitbat just posted and get the Super Patch, it will turn RBII to RB3D. Great stuff. I fly in the *Misfits* AFM Freeplay Server under the name of Ernst Udet. If you want to make it historicaly accurate you can also look for Flybert's MMP Paints which will allow you to see the color scheme of my Fokker DVII which is painted in Ernst Udet's colors.

Thanks Captain Lewis, Tony and Vic for the good information. I will follow your directives and I hope to see you up in the air soon! I love RB2 a great deal, so I can imagine how good this could be.

Just make sure you do not have the RD II Valueline, you can not upgrade this to RD3D, only the original RBII can be upgraded.
