As I was looking through the Squadron Signal book on the DVII I noted several pictures of the aircraft with streaked finishes reminiscent of the DR1. At what serial number did they start covering the planes in lozenge?

Thanks in advance,
David Johnson

My Gallery
David:
My best estimate is Fok.D.VII 400/18 was the first covered completely with printed fabric. The fuselage of Ltn. Georg Hantelmann's Fok.D.VII 382/18 was in the streaked camouflage. Vzfw. Max Holtzem,s Fok. D.VII 402/18 was completely covered with printed fabric. Thank you for the E-mail, very thoughtful.
Blue skies,
Dan-San
