A good number of pilots trained at NSW SAS, Richmond, went to RFC/RNAS/RAF. Most are hard to get a lead on. I need info on fates, service, etc to confirm half-answers on some, all data on others. The men's names as I have them are as follows. Some given names open to challenge.

In the bookshop of the Aust War Memorial in Canberra there is a book titled something like Australian Aces. It covers both world wars ,has an SE5a on the dust cover and gives bios of all 45 odd WWI aces born in Australia regardless of who they served with. Might help.

DAGG, Charles Kirby Canada (have seen records of him as Charles Canada Kirby - His name on his service record is Charles Kirby Canada DAGG)
Flight Lieutenant
Date of Birth: 25th May 1892 (Birth Cert No: 1892 1161)
Place of Birth: Hamilton, Tasmania.
Date of Entry into Air Service: 15/4/17.

SUTHERLAND, Irving Frederick
Flight Lieutenant
Date of Birth: 5th Jan 1892
Place of Birth: Randwick, New South Wales
Date of entry into Air Service 15/4/17 (coincidencentally, same as above).

Peter,
While undoubtedly there are MANY good pilots listed by Neville, NONE of them became Aces.
