I am looking for a photo of Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Later Captain)
 Ronald Sykes of Naval 3 and later RAF No. 203 Squadron, other than the typical one seen on this site that is also in 'Over The Front' and in old C&C UK/Int'l articles.

I saw one just the other day, the trouble is I have just put most of my books into storage whilst decorating the living room. I would suggest Stuart Leslie - he certainly has a lot of Negatives once owned by Sykes. Failing that, you can e-mail the RAF museum at Hendon and a researcher will do a quick free trace of any photographs they hold and post you a photocopy which you can then order if required. The curator of photographs christian name is Christine, sorry, can't remember her surname, but you will find her e-mail address on the museum web site. If nothing turns up, e-mail me in a couple of weeks time. Mike |
