Regulus,
There was a Fokker D.VIII repro flying in the UK, but that's been some time ago (10+ years?), and it was destroyed in a crash, although the pilot lived. Also the latest issue of one of the British magazines, Flypast or Aeroplane, has a series of photos of a D.VIII repro from Belgium (but American built, ex-Frank Ryder) going off of a runway, digging in a wingtip, and flipping over onto its back. Bad news.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your reactions. I'm a bit late to read this as I was of line for one week due to new hard and software.
Curious to know what happened to both replica's !
