A few years ago, a friend borrowed my file box of the first 6 volumes of Windsock. And between my adventures and his adventures, I lost track of where they got to.
So, Tuesday, the Guy walks up with the File box and my Windsocks and gives them back and apologizes. "Oh, that's where they went!"
Anyway, I had the joy of skimming through the old issues and I came across Dan San Abbots bits on Udet and Red and white Candy stripes. Brought back old smiles. Got to ENJOY again. Now that I have an access point...I would like to say to Dan.
Thanks for a Good Time!

Rocky

Hi

Where is the 6view?

There is some irony here. 30 years ago, I worked up a set of jigs and masks for airbrushing lozenge in 1/72. I did several planes for me, and several more for a friend. VERY TEDIOUS! Only one of the planes has survived, a friend's Hannover.
AND, due to the difficulty, I would LOOK for paint schemes with minimal lozenge (or none!). NOW, I am buried in sheets of Lozenge, and it is so much easier. But I guess the Kid in me is facinated by all these RED fokkers(and Black Albatri!).
To all of you on this board. I really have a lot of fun here. Thanks.
