Hi,

This crew was flying LVG CV 3009 on the 25th June 1918 when they crashed for unknown reasons from a height of 2000 meters. While falling down the left wing broke of. It crashed in the Northsea. The observer was Vizefeldwebel Mann and the pilot Flugzeug Obermatrose Klan. The body of the observer was recovered.
Was this a Küsta crew or a MFFA crew ?

Thanks for your help

Best from Regulus

Regulus,

Vzfw. Johannes Mann (O) and Flugzg.Ob.Mtr. Paul Klahn (P) were from Küsta IV. R.

I have also a Flugobermaat Mann at the I Marine Feldflieger Abteilung in May 1916. Could it be the same person ?

Thanks and best from Regulus
