andiszek- Several aircraft flew with the Siemens-Halske at the first fighter competition flown at Johannistal (sp?) in Jan 1918. The only two put into series production were the SSW D.III/IV, like Tom said, and the Pfalz D.VIII/maybe D.VII. The fighter competition winners were the Fokker D.VII and Pfalz D.VII prototypes. The Pfalz D.VIII was initially produced instead of the D.VII because of its stronger, two bay strut configuration. Unfinished later D.VIIs were found postwar, however, so who knows. In addition to the Albatros and SSW prototypes Tom mentioned, Fokker Dr.I prototypes were also flown with this engine, and I am probably forgetting a couple of others. Dan-San Abbott undoubtedly knows more details.

Many people consider the updated, S-H engined SSW D.IV to be the finest fighter produced in WW-I, even better than the BMW engined D.VII.
